The Pinballs

Last Friday we finished reading the Betsy Byars novel The Pinballs.  At the end of the story Carlie has decided that she, Thomas J, and Harvey are not pinballs that have no control over their lives.  In fact, Carlie reaches that conclusion that they actually have quite a bit of control over their lives.
